As part of our latest collaboration with several renowned publishers and editors from all over the world, we will select and put together a collection of amazing photos that were posted here for their consideration. Shortlisted entries will be featured in MOPSG's Facebook Page and stand a chance to be published in renowned magazines and websites. Photographers MAY also be commissioned in some cases. Except for nude and obscene pictures, there are no restrictions on the type of photos you may submit. HDR and composite photos are acceptable but photos found distorting the reality of a scene MAY BE rejected.
This is a great opportunity for MOPSG members and if one of your dreams or career goals is to become one of the internationally published and featured photographers, you can read on to find out more.

Terms and Conditions
1. By submitting your image in this thread, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and you agreed to be bound by them.
2. Entrants NEED NOT be a Singaporean or Singapore Citizen to join;
3. Entrants warrant that the photograph submitted as a part of their entry in this thread is an original photograph taken by them and in which they own all rights;
4. Entrants agree to the use of their name and/or likeness, without compensation, by MOPSG.com and/or any party authorized by MOPSG.com;
5. Entrants grant MOPSG.com and any party authorized by MOPSG.com a right and licence to use any material submitted as a part of their entry in this thread (the Works) in any manner, for any purpose MOPSG.com may see fit, in all forms of media now known or hereafter invented, except that MOPSG.com will not use any of the Works for any commercial purpose not related to this thread without the relevant entrant’s prior consent; Entrants still own all copyrights.

Image Specifications
1. Longest side between 800px to 1024px.
2. Watermark is allowed.
3. HDR and composite images are accepted.
Indemnity
1. Entrants shall indemnify MOPSG.com, its agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liability and/or expenses arising out of the entrant’s breach of any of the Terms.
2. Each entrant, by submitting images in this thread, expressly releases MOPSG.com from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with this thread. MOPSG.com has no responsibility or liability for any costs, losses or damages resulting from any factors beyond the reasonable control of MOPSG.com.
3. MOPSG.com shall not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entrants' information. This will include but is not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.
