1. Building Distortion

How to Correct Lens Distortion with Photoshop Elements - O'Reilly Answers

2. Haloing due to HDR
Refer here how to overcome this issue:
Reducing Halos - HDR Cookbook by farbspiel

By the way there is always others method for solving above matters, and here I only showing one of them.

Thanks for the tips Jacobs

Tried to fix the distortion via PS, but it requires a supporting graphic card to do so, so left this way. Will consider the guides in future pictures
