1. Photos entering the Contest must be related to the theme of Contest and taken within Singapore from 1 January 2011 to 1 December 2013, touching on but not limited to the following:a. Community related- family, friends, neighbours, volunteers, environment, activities etc.b. Any contribution of individuals/groups to building a passionate community

2. The Contest is open to the public excluding the judges, the organising committee and their family members.
