The Polar Pro Hero 3 + Polarizing Filter features a brand new glass filter with better optics. A snap on filter compatible with the GoPro Hero 3+ Black, Silver and White Edition cameras, it is a glass filter set in a plastic frame that snaps properly onto the Hero 3+ Housing lens.
The Polarizing Filter eliminates washed out video when filming outdoors under bright daylight conditions, producing much better and cleaner video with better details. Not only does the Polarizing Filter reduces unwanted reflections, it is also capable of improving video picture quality by up to 85%. A must when filming under bright blue skies, or in the snow or near water, the polarizer also increases colour saturation and makes the colours look even more vibrant. It can also slide on when shooting in the car to remove glare off the windshield, dashboard while on the road.
To install the filter, simply snap it onto the HERO 3+ housing lens.
