Hi Admin,

Thank you for organizing the event for members in MOPSG.

I do understand the SMS system is still in progress of fine tuning.

But something really confuse me. For the SKC I have put down my name 3 times, 1) Taking the Tag, 2) Making my attendance, 3) Filling up the contact form.

But yesterday I received a second SMS informing me that I have not take my attendance. I have already sent an email to clarify. But with 3 records I hardly could see why names could still go unrecorded.

I look forward for the next event. But hope admins could review process as this will save MOPSG a lot of unnecessary admin work also.

We have looked into your matter. The SMS was sent out on 20 AUG to rectify any lapses that may have occurred during registration and if you have been marked as absent without notice unintentionally, you should send an email to us by 21 AUG (as indicated in SMS) and after which we will no longer entertain such emails and your attendance will be marked as absent. We received your two emails only today, 22 AUG, and we have updated your status to attended upon seeing the emails. You should not receive any SMS on this again. Thanks.
