TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Itinerary is subjected to changes due to unforeseen weather conditions or circumstances;
- No refund shall the participant decides to cancel the booking;
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (eg: act of God such as natural disasters etc), fees (after less expenses already paid to local parties/agencies) will be refunded;
- Places are on a first come first served basis. Minimum 50% deposit required to confirm reservation and balance payment must be made by 31 December for confirmation of tour. To avoid confusion, correspondences and booking of tour will only be done through [email protected]
- Participant must make full payment to enjoy early bird special promotion by 08 December 2012.
- Minimum 4 participants to go and maximum 10 participants allowed.
- If you refer a friend, you get additional 5% discount.
- Participants must be prepared to shoot from 11pm to 5am at 30 to 60 degree Celsius below freezing point.
- Participants with compact camera like Panasonic Lumix GX1 and alike are also welcome to join.
- Workshop will cover shooting aurora using a DSLR, compact camera and we will also cover timelapse photography.
- Debit or credit card payment available via Paypal with 5% transaction fee apply.
- Bank transfer via DBS/POSB available for transaction based in Singapore only. No surcharge.
